Concours Classic Showcase
A formal exhibition celebrating the preservation and originality of the Ford Thunderbird. Enter your car to compete in our judged classes.
Cars will be judged on originality, cleanliness, authenticity, and preservation. We feature separate classes for stock preservation, modified restorations, and driver condition T-Birds.
The Concours is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Enjoy viewing some of the best-preserved Thunderbirds in the country in a stunning setting.
I. Exhibitor Registration and Roll-In
The Concours Classic Showcase is a distinguished event requiring advance registration for all exhibiting vehicles. Space is allocated based on class and generation.
Registration Fee: $50 per vehicle entry. Includes two entry wristbands and one commemorative plaque.
Exhibitor Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Exhibitor Roll-In and Placement. All cars must be parked by 8:30 AM.
- 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Final Detailing and Staging. No movement of vehicles is permitted after 8:30 AM.
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Formal Judging Period. Exhibitors must be present to answer judges' questions.
II. The Judging Process
Our panel consists of certified classic car appraisers and long-time Thunderbird restoration experts. Judging focuses heavily on authenticity and the car’s adherence to factory specifications.
Competition Classes
- Class A: Stock Preservation: For vehicles maintained or restored strictly to original factory specifications.
- Class B: Custom/Modified: For high-quality restorations featuring minor, tasteful modifications (engine swaps, modern paint).
- Class C: Driver Condition: For clean, well-maintained vehicles regularly driven, judged on cleanliness and presentation.
III. Spectator Information
Public viewing runs throughout the day, offering a unique chance to appreciate the Thunderbird marque across all eleven generations.
Amenities On Site
- Food & Beverage: Several gourmet food trucks and a specialty coffee vendor will be on site.
- Awards Ceremony: The presentation of awards for all classes, including Best of Show, will take place on the main stage at 3:30 PM.
- Parking: Dedicated spectator parking is available off-site with a shuttle service running every 15 minutes.
