There are many benefits to sponsoring a class at the Time Machines Car Show. If your business deals with automotive hobbyists, what better way to reach your potential customers. We are offering three different levels of sponsorship, they are listed below: Class Co-Sponsor: The cost is $25.00. Your name and address will be listed on the car show web page and the class sign on the show car field. Your company name and business type will be announced over our public address system upon awarding the class winners trophies. You may also supply any advertising materials that you may want us to include in the 650 goody bags that we put together to be given to show participants. Class Sponsor: The cost is $50.00. Your business name and address will be listed on the car show web page as well as the class sign on the show car field. Your business name will be mentioned frequently throughout the day as a thank you for class sponsorship. You may request two free spectator passes for the show and will be allowed to present the trophies to the winners of the class that you sponsored. You may supply us with any advertising materials that you would like included in the 650 goody bags that we put together to be given to the show participants. Class Sponsor-Contributer: The cost is $150.00. You will have all of the benefits of a class sponsor plus we will include any one page advertising flyer that you supply with our mailing that we send out one month prior to show date to approximately 850 past show participants. This is the best advertising bargain that you will ever find! We will put your flyer on the kitchen table of 850 people who we know for sure are automotive hobbyists due to their attendance as contestants in previous Time Machine Car Shows. If you could possibly compile your own list the cost of mailing alone would exceed $400.00. In order to allow adequate time for printing and posting, sponsorships must be received by June 15th. Please make your checks payable to "Time Machines Car Show". Please list the class(es) that you would like to sponsor. We will attempt to honor every request, however, classes will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. All advertising material, either for the goody bags or the mailing must be received by June 15th. You may give this to a club member or send it to: Quality Components Corp. 30 Neal Ct. Plainville, CT. 06062. While we have no way to guarantee attendance, numbers from our past years show indicate that we should see upwards of 600 show cars with an average of two people in each, 3,000 walk in spectators, and 100 vendors for the flea market. This opportunity to put your business name and advertising materials in front of over 4000 automotive hobbyists who are interested in your products or service. We dare you to compare this cost to other methods of advertising in terms of bang for your buck.
